ANAPLAN MODEL BUILDER

 

Description 

The Anaplan Model Builder is responsible for convey Business Opportunities to Anaplan models that leverage the Potential of Connected Planning. This position is expected to be part of EMEA Anaplan CoE working closely with the business representatives to provide collaborative solutions and practices to improve the business through technology and process. 

The position works closely with third party partners (offshore and nearshore) and is able to effectively collaborate in this set up.

Responsibilities

  • Configuration and maintenance of Centralized Data Hub
  • Test Central Anaplan Models
  • Scope and Estimate effort for new models requests
  • Continue to support, administer & maintain the Anaplan application for the business
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments on developing new & existing models in Anaplan
  • Conduct trainings for business users and team members
  • Point of contact for Key users questions and feedbacks
  • Document and confirm users stories from business
  • Configure, maintain and modify Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions and other model settings
  • Following Anaplan best practices for model design, implementation, & development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the business
  • Data Integration with external Applications
  • Steps up to handle tough issues and readily takes action on challenges, without unnecessary planning
  • Focuses efforts on continuous improvement, identifying and seizing opportunities for synergy

Position requirements

  • University degree in the field of computer science, engineering, administration and/or related field for which provides business advice. A Master’s degree is strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of related work experience. Ideally 1+ years of expert technical knowledge with the solution (Anaplan Hands-On Model Building)
  • Anaplan Level-2 Certified
  • Prior implementation and Consulting experience with global customers of at least 1 year
  • Pursues everything with energy, drive and the need to finish. Persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks
  • Experienced with systems design and development from business requirements analysis to day-to-day management
  • Adapts quickly to changing resource requirements and enjoys multi-tasking applying knowledge of the organization (internal structures, processes and culture) to advance multiple objectives
  • Pushes self and help others achieve results. Partners with others to get work done. Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives
  • Works effectively third parties (including offshore and nearshore service providers)
  • Assist in prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English. Spanish, French, Arabic, German and/other languages used in the countries in which we operate would be an advantage
  • Ability to effectively work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Highly motivated and attentive to detail
